Ways To Get a Flat Stomach Fast With The Best Abdominal Workouts

One of the best ways to get a flat stomach fast, is by consitently training your abs with good abdominal workouts. If you don’t exercises you abs then don’t expect to get a great stomach. Of course you should include some cardio and also make sure that your eating a diet that will help you lose belly fat and get abs…

To be honest with you it’s hard work. I know this because I had to lose my stomach fat and get a flat belly and until I found a guide to help me along and show me the way, I wa stuck! You should take a look at this plan too if you don’t want to go it alone because it really is the the best way to get a flat stomach fast.

Decline Reverse Crunch

  1. Lie on your back on a decline bench and hold on to the top of the
    bench with both hands. Don’t let your body slip down from this position.
  2. Hold your legs parallel to the floor using your abs to hold them
    there while keeping your knees and feet together. Tip: Your legs should
    be fully extended with a slight bend on the knee. This will be your
    starting position.
  3. While exhaling, move your legs towards the torso as you roll your
    pelvis backwards and you raise your hips off the bench. At the end of
    this movement your knees will be touching your chest.
  4. Hold the contraction for a second and move your legs back to the starting position while inhaling.
  5. Repeat for the recommended amount of repetitions.

Variations: You can do the movement on a flat surface and as you get more advanced you can use ankle weights.

Dumbbell Side Bend

  1. Stand up straight while holding a dumbbell on the left hand (palms
    facing the torso) as you have the right hand holding your waist. Your
    feet should be placed at shoulder width. This will be your starting
    position.
  2. While keeping your back straight and your head up, bend only at the
    waist to the right as far as possible. Breathe in as you bend to the
    side. Then hold for a second and come back up to the starting position
    as you exhale. Tip: Keep the rest of the body stationary.
  3. Now repeat the movement but bending to the left instead. Hold for a second and come back to the starting position.
  4. Repeat for the recommended amount of repetitions and then change hands.

Caution: Refrain from using this exercise if your obliques tend to grow easily as wide obliques take away from your symmetry.

Variations: You can also do this exercise while seating on a bench or with a barbell.

Now that you know the flat stomach exercises, you should find it far easier to flatten your belly and perhaps even get great abdominal muscles. Whilst doing these workouts will really help you, like I said before they are not the be all and end all of abdominal training. The Dumbell Side Bend puts on good resistance to build up the obliques. It’s one of my favourites that i follow too.
