How To Get a Flat Stomach At Home

Would you benefit if I told you exactly how to get a flat stomach at home? I’m about to give you the diet you need, how much cardio you should do and the best stomach exercises for you to accomplish this quickly. This is my guide to getting a flat stomach fast and from the comfort of your own home.

Many people think that doing crunches, sit ups, leg raises and other muscle building exercises will help them get a flat stomach. Whilst there is some truth in this, these exercises are designed to build and tone stomach muscles – not to lose fat. And the real way to flatten your stomach quickly, is to get rid of the fat covering it!

A combination of abdominal exercises and fat loss workouts, whilst eating the right diet will get you the flat tummy you want.

Diet

The flat stomach diet I suggest is almost identical to the best six pack abs diet plan that I’ve recently released. The main difference  is that you must eat more frequently when burning fat in comparison to building muscle. Aim to give your body nutrition every two to three hours. The reason you should do this is because it stabilizes your blood sugars which gives your body what it needs to burn calories. Of course it’s important not to eat a bunch of fatty foods when your doing this, rather have a piece of fruit or some protein (chicken, beef, pork etc…).

Stomach Exercises

If you want to get a flat stomach quickly and also build your abs, you should train them 3 times a week. Stick to the best abs exercises (these can all be done at home) and progressively train them by exercising them harder and harder each time.

Cardio

The aim here is to use quick high intensity cardio workouts. Cardiovascular exercises are critical fot losing stomach fat because, if done correctly, they will speed up your metabolism. With a faster metabolic rate your body is less likely to store fat which will mean you will keep your flat stomach once you’ve got it!

Cardio will help you get a flat stomach fast because not only does it speed up your metabolic rate, but it also burns fat. There are so many different cardio activities that you could do (some you may already be doing). Below I’ve listed the best cardio exercises to lose fat, but you can choose a less productive activity if you enjoy it more.

  1. Swimming
  2. Biking
  3. Walking/Running

A good cardio workout routine that burns fat is to start with an easy warm up for a few minutes, followed by 30 seconds of high intensity exercise. Then continue with a minute of mid level work whilst getting your breath back. Repeat this 7 to 10 times and then finish with a few minutes of easy exercise.

Ok, But How Should I Start?

If your serious about this and really want to use these tips on how to get a flat stomach at home, then you must start with your diet. When your eating the right foods, your body can start losing fat right away. I really shouldn’t say this, but even if you ONLY get your eating plan in order that could be enough. Don’t expect to get six pack abs, but you could well get a flatter stomach.

So just imagine what happens when you add in the cardio and stomach muscle workouts. You can kiss good bye to your love handles and enjoy the feeling of having a flat stomach.

Oh yeah I have to agree on this one. Diet is your first step to realizing your goal and after that it is time to do the real thing, exercise.

I think if we have self control and self discipline we can achieve our goal faster.

The first thing that I would recommend is that you see your doctor for a full physical before you start your workout program specially if its been a while. Once you get your results, get a workout program that meets your schedule and your goals. Get yourself on a diet plan once again this is based on your goals. Get yourself a good workout program.
