If you have been trying to lose weight and have struggled with weight loss then you know the frustration and disappointment you feel when you have spent your hard-earned money of some diet pill or supplement that promised fast and permanent weight loss. Can you relate to what I am talking about? The fact is to lose weight with supplements is misleading at best and typically you can achieve your weight loss goals without ever taking a diet pill or supplement ever again!
Think about that. You can achieve your weight loss goals without ever taking a diet pill or supplement ever again. Why are we so sucked into believing that we need these things. Well, how much time do you spend watching TV, thumbing through magazines, or reading the tabloids at the checkout line? These are habits of overweight people and guess what – Where do the diet and supplement companies spend their millions of advertising dollars? That’s right, on TV, in magazines and in the tabloids.
It’s not your fault if you believe that you need these things to lose weight. This is what advertising executives are paid to do – and they are very good at it. People spend millions if not billions of dollars a year on diet pills and supplements and guess what – they are still overweight! Do you honestly know anyone that could lose weight with supplements, achieve their weight loss goals and keep the weight off? Yes – it is very possible that they lost a few pounds in the short term but were they able to keep the weight off? NOt likely.
What diet pill and supplement companies are really selling is the dream that their pill or powder will be some “magical” solution to your struggle with getting that lean ripped body that you’ve been wanting for years. In reality, most supplements do nothing at all to help you improve your body.
Real food is always better for you than processed supplements (as long as you choose the right foods). Anybody that tells you otherwise has either been brainwashed by all of the propaganda and super-hyped up ads that the supplement companies have spread throughout every magazine on the planet or they have financial ties to selling supplements in some way themselves.
If you are overweight you have been led to believe that you need to spend $40, $50, or even $100 or more on pills and supplements every month to lose the weight that you want and to achieve the body that you want. If you’ve been doing this is it working? Have you lost any weight or just your money? Doesn’t it make more sense to invest that “pill” money into a comprehensive nutritional guide and healthy foods that will allow you to lose all the weight you want, increase your energy levels, maintain the weight loss and improve your overall well-being?
