I’ve been using your cardio weight training for a while now and have made some real head way. Not only have I cut down fat, my abs are much more firm and flat. I’ve even begun to get quite toned and whilst much of it’s got to be do with the workouts, I also feel that by eating those fat burning foods I’ve just become much more lean.
